You must first go to www.AFAA.org click on membership and the drop down will offer you Individual or “Club 72” membership, read the descriptions and chose the one right for you or your company. After becoming a National AFAA member you are given the option to join various state associations AFAANJ in particular.
Please note: To be considered for membership two member companies must recommend you, however, the Board of Directors can wave this requirement under special conditions (such as new to NJ).

National now charges for AHJ’s however in New Jersey, AHJ’s, Subcode Officials and Fire Marshall’s can join for free, the free membership provides meeting meals at no cost.
